Detailed features and information
BS Motels
Build motels in the world, then rent them. Built by BetaScripts, owned by Blue & Spindle. Works on ESX, QBCore, and Qbox. Inventory, clothing, target, phone, and garage systems are auto-detected.
Creator

  • /createmotel — reception desk, room doors, parking ticket + stall, elevators

  • /shellstudio — map any streamed shell (exit, stash, wardrobe, bed, props)

  • /moteladmin — creator tablet for settings, burgle / dispatch, and cleanup

Room types

  • Furnished Envi shells — teleport in, furniture already placed

  • Empty Envi shells — tenants place stash / radio / phone / bed from the room tablet

  • Optional MLO — walk-in map rooms you already own (no motel MLO is bundled)

Player features

  • Hourly / daily / weekly / monthly / permanent rentals

  • Keys with permissions, UK letter box, doorbell camera, decorate catalog

  • Add custom furniture packs via config/props.lua DecorExtra — or open docs/addon_props.html to auto-generate the list

  • Room tablet, radio (GTA / YouTube / Spotify), room phone

  • Staybook phone apps — House, Doorbell, Burgler, Stays / mail / keys

  • Shared motel garage (store / retrieve)

  • Police raids and optional burgle flow with dispatch hooks
