🆔 **New Release: `bs_idcard**ESX Legacy + ox_inventory**

A live State ID card stamped to the person it was issued to. Name, DOB, mugshot, licenses, and job — all on one item. 🔥

If police confiscate it, the card still shows the **original owner**, not the officer.

⚠️ **Important Notes**

🔹 Add `id_card` from `install/ox_inventory.lua` with **`stack = false`**

🔹 `ensure bs_idcards` after `es_extended`, `oxmysql`, `ox_inventory`, and `esx_license`

🔹 Default buy price is **$50 cash** — change it in `/idcardui`

🔹 Ped location / model is set in `/idcardui` → **ID office ped**

🔹 Only the original owner can refresh photo, licenses, and job

🔹 Admin groups: `admin` / `superadmin` / `god` or ACE `bs_idcards.admin`
